Well, from now on, it is not Urfi but Urfi. Recently, Bigg Boss OTT fame took to her Instagram account to announce that she has officially changed her name from Urfi to Urfi. The actress mentioned that although the spelling has been changed, the pronunciation remains the same.

He also asked everyone to be careful while writing their names.

“Hello guys, so I have officially changed my urfi. Its pronunciation will be similar to Urfi! Just the spelling changes. I just want everyone to take care while writing my name now so that I, too (sometimes forget). Thank you, Luv Urfi,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.

Urfi Javed rose to fame after participating in Bigg Boss OTT last year. Since then, she has often made headlines for her fashion choices. Before Bigg Boss OTT, Urfi featured in several television shows, including Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania, Meri Durga, Bepannaah, and Punch Beat Season 2. She also acted in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for some time and later played the role of Tanisha Chakraborty in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. ,

Recently, Urfi Javed spoke candidly about receiving hate messages/comments on social media. She took to her Instagram stories and shared screenshots of the hate comments she received recently.

In these messages, some netizens wished death for the alias Javed. One social media user mentioned that Urfi should have been shot instead of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala. Sharing the screenshot, Urfi said that these death wishes are ‘horror.’

Earlier this year, Uorfi also spoke about his mantra for dealing with social media trolling in an exclusive conversation with Nerws18.com. “That’s the point, and I don’t have to handle it. Why should I handle it? It’s not my job to answer someone who doesn’t like me.

Suppose you don’t like me, good for you. People don’t even like their kids. How should they like me? I can’t expect everyone to like me. I don’t care much about whether people like me or not,” she said.
