There is still a massive library of TV shows and movies available in video quality up to 720p/HD. The ads will appear at the beginning of the content for about 15 to 30 seconds. And the subscription holder will see about 4 to 5 minutes of ads in one hour of content, according to Netflix.

As previously reported by Netflix, Microsoft will manage the advertisements, so we can expect to see relevant ads. In addition, some of the content is currently restricted due to licensing issues.
