Superman & Lois Season 3’s New Villains Fix A Fight Scene Problem

The show’s new villains Superman & Lois season 3 have solved a growing problem in its fight scenes. Currently, Superman’s main rival in season 3 of the series is Bruno Mannheim. However, the show is using other characters to test the hero. Intergang has orchestrated multiple super-powered enemies for Superman.

Chad L. Coleman’s Bruno Mannheim is not like the show’s previous major antagonists. However, that doesn’t mean he’s giving up on fighting for Superman. Three powerful enemies have already tested him: Onomatopoeia and Atom-Man. Mannheim’s experiments are continuing so it is almost certain that there will be more of these battles as season 3 unfolds.

Superman & Lois are now Clark’s Villains

The fight between Superman and Deadline in Superman & Loisseason 3, highlights a stark difference between the villains of this storyline and his past opponents. Clark’s enemies share many of his powers or have a similar power set. Despite their different power levels, Anderson, Tal Rho, his Kryptonian minions, and Bizarro’s entire family have not differed much from Superman when it comes to fighting.

Their primary powers were super strength and speed as well as flight. Although these characters are strong enough to match up with Superman, it has led to some intense fights. However, this tactic has become somewhat monotonous. Superman & Lois season 3, which featured him against Deadline, a completely new opponent, changed the game.

Superman was unable to score a single blow due to Deadline’s phasing abilities. This power was used by the show to create an engaging battle that was very different from any other Superman battle. Superman is known to approach fights with speed and raw power, but Clark was forced to overcome Deadline’s power. The series relies on characters such as Deadline and Onomatopoeia, who have a power that is not associated with the Kryptonian race. This allows the series to keep the action fresh while also offering new challenges to Tyler Hoechlin.

Superman & Lois’ story sets up more villains for Clark to fight

Recent developments in Superman & Lois have created a busy season. Clark may end up facing a new super-powered opponent in almost every episode, as long as Bruno Mannheim remains around. Intergang will revive Bizarro, according to Mannheim. However, Clark has shown that they can produce new enemies. Clark will likely have to overcome Onomatopoeia and Deadlines to defeat them in future trials. Superman and Lois season three have the potential for a multitude of C- and D-list DC Comics villains to attack Superman before Intergang’s fight ends.
