The seventh season of Queer Eye has officially begun. The shorter wait will increase the hype around the series. Netflix announced Wednesday that Queer Eye’s seventh season would premiere on May 12.
Netflix announced the following series: Overview
Netflix announced the happy news by posting a poster of the new season. On the poster, The Fab Five – Karamo, Jonathan Van Ness Tan France Bobby Berk, and Antoni Porowsk – are seen having a great time in New Orleans. This is the setting of the new season. In previous seasons, the Fab Five helped locals in Austin and Philadelphia.
Fan reactions to the announcement:
The Netflix series news has delighted fans. “OMG, this is exactly what I needed to hear today.” One person commented.

A second person sent a letter to Queer Eye asking them to never stop producing the show. I’ve enjoyed every season and look forward to this one. You are all so genuine and show a lot of affection toward one another.
The challenges faced by the cast during Season 7
The Queer Eye crew had a tough time filming the new season. France told E! News reported in November that New Orleans was “the hardest place we’ve ever shot.” He then went on to explain why filming in New Orleans was difficult, stating that the Louisiana city had made everyone very emotional this season.
France stated, “I cried more this season than ever before on Queer Eye”. Six seasons are included in the seven seasons of Queer Eye.
