Now instead of the typical long one-line bar, there will be a box-like shape, in which the limit of 1000 characters has been fixed. You can solve your problem by accessing the chat page from the Bing results page by tapping the chat button above the reply in Bing, or by scrolling up and swiping down if you have a touchscreen.
