The Love Island presenter Greg O’Shea appeared on the Six O’Clock Show, which aired in Ireland to start the week. In an episode, he mentioned Millie Bobby Brown. Greg claims Millie contacted him after he won Love Island 2019 with Amber Gill.
“I’m not sure if you’d like to tell Jon Bon Jovi Jr., but she slipped into my DMs.” Millie Bobby Brown got engaged recently to Jake Bongiovi. The couple hinted at it by posting an image of them hugging each other in black and white, where Millie displayed her ring.
Fionnuala asked, “Greg, she didn’t?” Did she? Greg, 28 then said what happened: “She did. She was in my DMs when I had my 15 seconds of fame following Love Island. “I’ll show you an image later.” Later, he said, “She may have been in love with Amber too, the girl with whom I won, so this was the in.” Fionnuala teasingly teased him that Mille had blocked him and suggested that it was because he had broken up with Amber just a few weeks following the end of the show. Greg replied, “Fast-forward two weeks later, and you’re no longer followed.” She was not interested in me.

Greg and Amber dated despite Greg only entering the villa in the last weeks of the show. The couple won Love Island 2019 together. The couple split up five weeks after leaving the villa.
Amber revealed in an interview that they almost split up the night before the final. “It was the worst fight you can imagine, a day or two before the finale, between me and Greg. We didn’t know each other.” She explained the fight, which was over something silly. They said they were done. She said that they got back together eventually because they liked each other.
