Ellen Barkin, another of Johnny Depp’s ex-wives, is making headlines because she will be testifying in court, but on Amber Heard’s behalf. The $50 defamation trial will be on hold from May 9 to May 16. According to reports, Depp is in Europe, where he is spending his vacation with friends.
In the midst of the continuing investigation, a couple of Johnny’s Ex-Girlfriends have come forward to speak about the actor. Jennifer Grey is one of these people. She has already expressed her desire for the matter to be settled as quickly as possible, and her heart hurts for those concerned, as well as the actor’s current physical appearance in court.
According to ET Canada, the case of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard will now have a new witness, Depp’s ex-wife Ellen Barkin. She is an actress who has been in films such as Animal Kingdom and Ocean’s Thirteen. Johnny and Ellen are said to have dated in 1998 while filming Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Depp’s libel lawsuit against The Sun for labeling him a “wife-beater” included Ellen Barkin as a witness. She then accused Johnny Depp of being verbally abusive during their relationship, claiming that he even tossed a wine bottle across a hotel room during a fight with friends. Even yet, the Pirates of the Caribbean star refuted the allegations, saying Ellen “had a grudge against him.”
Not only will she testify on Amber Heard’s behalf, but her sister Whitney Henriquez will as well. Amber claimed in court that her sister was present with the pair during a fight.
Didi Gruenwald, who dated Johnny Depp during the Amber Heard trial, had previously tweeted in favor of the Fantastic Beasts actor. She dubbed him a “gentleman” in the tweet and said he was polite to her even on “stressful nights.”
